Dr. Harvill brings over 30 years of experience across the electric energy industry as a former public utility commissioner and senior utility executive to private and public sector clients on a range of economic issues related to energy and environmental policies, regional transmission organization formation and function, electricity market design and performance, and the economic impacts of state and federal policies.
